The steamer supplies steam for washing PET flakes in maxim 80?. Outer steam pressure 4kg. The 230? saturation steam heating the water to 80?, it will consume around 360kg or 166M3. In normal working state, the steam consumption will be 70M3 every hour. This can remove dirty, oil and glue in the flakes. And it can separate flakes and labels again by deleting glue.
The suitable quantity detergent can make good function on cleanness. And it’s about 0.2% of total volume.
This part also can separate the labels in some degree.
